Cinque Terre Countryside Cooking Classes

A countryside short trip to enjoy the flavours of the inland food and learn the art of the best Ligurian recipes  with Cinque Terre Riviera Countryside Cooking Classes.

Your culinary adventure will begin around 10:00 a.m. when Chef Simone himself will pick you up at La Spezia Train Station to take you to his restaurant in the Cinque Terre countryside.

Just a few minutes drive and you’ll be at Il Cantinone della Villa. You’ll relax for a moment with a cup of coffee or a cappuccino with the chef and then you’ll dress with the  Restaurant’s apron ready to start your new experience.
At 10:30 the cooking lesson will begin. You’ll prepare typical Ligurian dishes such as Pesto alla Genovese, fresh pasta or ravioli, using fresh and genuine products.
At the end of the lesson you will enjoy your cooked dishes and you will be given your apron and a small recipe book of the most typical dishes of our traditional cuisine 

Return to La Spezia train station is scheduled for 3:00 p.m.

Cooking lessons with Chef Simone have three different levels:

1° level : Let’s make Pesto    

2° level: Home made pasta    

3°level:  Advanced cooking course

1° level : Let’s make Pesto    

Program

  • Cleaning of the basil leaves
  • Preparation of Pesto with mortar
  • Lunch with pasta with your own pesto accompanied with bruschetta, water and 1/4 house wine

Price: starting from 60.00 euros per person depending number of students

2-3 students 80.00 euros – 4-6 students 70.00 euros – 7-8 students 60.00 euros

Class Duration: 2 Hour 30 minutes + meal

Number of students: 2 minimum to 8 maximum

Booking Fee: 15.00 euros per party

2° level : Home Made Pasta

  • Cleaning of the basil leaves
  • Preparation of Pesto with mortar
  • Preparation of bruschetta with seasonal products
  • Lunch with pasta with your own pesto accompanied with bruschetta, water and 1/4 house wine

Price: starting from 75.00 euros per person depending number of students

2-3 students 95.00 euros – 4-6 students 85.00 euros – 7-8 students 75.00 euros

Class Duration: 3 Hour 30 minutes + meal

Number of students: 2 minimum to 8 maximum

3° level : Advance Cooking Class

Program

Price: starting from 110.00 euros per person depending number of students

Class Duration: 4 Hour 30 minutes + meal

Number of students: 2 minimum to 8 maximum
