If you reach La Spezia by train, stroll down Via del Prione that crosses the town from the hill base to the sea. A nice walk passing through the shopping area, the town museums and taking you the beautiful town gardens and the promenade by the sea.
From Passeggiata Morin or Porto Mirabello you can also embark for a lovely boat tour.
The town food market is an authentic explosion of flavours and colours…all local food from cheese to vegetables will attract your eyes and your palate. Do not forget paying a visit to the fish area, quite an experience
A quick Lunch in the most famous place for pizza and farinata where all the locals go: ancient Pizzeria La Pia La Centenaria open since 1887. There you can taste authentic food of our tradition and go back in time in our town history.
